In Jucu, Cluj county, Bosch operates a production unit for electronic components for the automotive industry since 2013. In the Automotive Electronics Plant Bosch manufactures electronic control units for eBike powertrain and for driver assistance and safety electronics, which provide safety in traffic and increase driving convenience.
In order to increase competitiveness and make production more efficient, Bosch has implemented Industry 4.0 solutions at the Automotive Electronics Plant in Cluj, such as the MES Manufacturing Execution System.

• University degree in technical field, such as electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
• Preferably experience in quality or manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of quality meth ods and tools such as 8D, Kepner Tregoe, 5-Why, Ishikawa, 6 Sigma, FMEA etc. and of technical statistics
• IT Knowledge: MS-Office, SAP R/3
• Fluent English is mandatory

• Track quality issues, failure costs and quality figures within production
• Drive error discovery and coordinate containment actions
• Initiate continuous improvement activities
• Coordinate corrective and preventive measures (8D, Problem solving, internal/external claims)
• Check and confirm quality of the production processes
