Settlement & Billing Analyst
DKV wishes to relocate a number of roles from the Core Operations Business Unit to Romania; the transition started in 2020 and will further continue in 2021. Within this context, we are looking for a Settlement & Billing Analyst for the Settlement & Billing Team
Profile
-1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable field of activity with a focus on complex invoice verifications
-Secure user knowledge with SAP, scanning and verification programs and common -MS Office applications
-Analytical and meticulous working style also in mass data processing
-Good comprehension of numbers
-Ability to work in a team and to cooperate
-Communication and argumentation skills
-Understanding of complex processes
-Very good knowledge of English (mandatory)
-Very good knowledge of German (mandatory)
-Medium/advanced level of Polish language is a plus
Customer Complaints Specialist
The Customer Complaints Specialist’s role will act as a central gateway for customer complaints, with direct reporting to one of the Team Managers in Romania, and functionally to the Head of Process Excellence Order-2-Cash, Core Operations Ratingen, Germany.
Profile
-Min. 2 years of relevant professional experience in claims field
-Successfully completed business studies or comparable degree
-Good command in English and German (mandatory)
-SAP or Microsoft Dynamics knowledge (nice to have)
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Proactive and action oriented
-Capacity to identify and solve problems
-Ability to work in a team and to cooperate
-Analytical mind and good decision maker
Settlement & Billing Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
-Administrative activities related to monitoring and error handling of electronic transactions,
-Verification and processing of incoming supplier invoices including the pursuance of divergences in the cost of sales checking procedure (WEDP)
-Identification, analysis and communication on billing problems with internal teams and DKV suppliers
-Responsibility for data management, focusing on pricing data
Customer Complaints Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
-Evaluation and resolution of customer complaints
-Preparation of decision templates for credit notes and goodwill payments
-Alignment of decision templates with relevant departments
-Regular coordination with the specialist departments to discuss the sources of errors and define the measures for permanent elimination
-Support during complaints management process improvements
