    -Previous working experience as a Marketing Director for a minimum of 2 years;
    -Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in marketing or business;
    -Deep knowledge of global e-commerce;
    -A strong grasp of modern technology and digital marketing is essential to the job of a Marketing Director;
    -Previous experience in implementing marketing strategies in new countries is a big plus;
    -Organized, analytical person with strong technical and strategic skills;
    -Able to work with budgets and teams (internal and outsourced)
    -Must be able to multitask effectively and to problem-solve when needed;
    -Must be able to successfully manage a team of people and delegate tasks based on skills;
    -Must be creative, pragmatic, and eager to learn;
    -Expert written and verbal communication;
    -Must have a professional approach in speaking ability and attitude.


    -Design the marketing strategy for all the markets where Retargeting Biz is acting and coordinate it in order to achieve the objectives and budgets;
    -Research, plan and implement the strategy for opening new markets;
    -Assure the company presence to all the significant events in the industry, reinforce the visibility of the brand in the market;
    -Define the buyer persona and the best ways to approach in order to optimize the sales activity;
    -Define and coordinate the PR activity in order to increase the brand awareness and product awareness in the countries;
    -Part of the commercial team, work in alignment with our product development and sales teams in order to enable the sales teams to meet their objectives, by providing them with the right marketing campaigns, materials, presentations, and other content;
    -Develop interactive supporting activities ( coordinating the production of presentation videos, content for website, coordinating the preparation for webinars and events) in collaboration with other departments;
    -Coordinate the internal resources and the external ones, manage the marketing department and collaborate with the other teams across the countries;
    -Define and track the metrics for marketing activities across multiple channels – online (paid/social media), events, channel partners;
    -Oversee the implementation of campaigns, either digital or events;
