    Requirements

    • Education: University Degree finalized/in course of finalization;
    • English - advanced level (writing and speaking);
    • Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position;
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical field is considered a plus;
    • PC: knowledge of Windows MS Office, Internet, e-mail;
    • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills;
    • Good communication and analysis skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive requests from pharmacies through various channels;
    • Process the requests in a timely manner for Novartis products;
    • Close contact with distributors for solving requests;
    • Provide activity reports and statistic;
    • Follow good documentation practices related to distributors. Verify the distribution contracts and all addendums (date and signatures are not missing; keeps record of renewals needed). Make sure that the documentation is packed properly and stored according to the local procedure and available space.
