• Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable field
• Experience working for an international automotive Tier-1 or at a Tier-2 supplier, in a technical or quality function
• Basic knowledge on semiconductor IC development and production
• Basic knowledge on test of electronic components or systems
• Profound knowledge and experience in application of core tools like FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D
• Good project management skills
• Microsoft Office demonstrated skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are required
• Fluent in written and spoken English language skills is required

• Coordination of critical changes on component level (product & process) between company and suppliers in the area of semiconductors
• Coordination of global activities on product & process changes between responsible HW engineers in our business units and plants as well as supply chain managers
• Introduction and release of the changed components according to APQP management
• Maintenance of variants in the affected data bases
• Perform risk assessments and define risk mitigation strategies
• Perform supplier visits and audits
• Define and drive supplier improvement programs
• Monitor supplier performance including database queries and creation of reports / presentations
