Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

Our associates give great innovation and quality that is why, from 2020, Bosch Blaj will be lead plant for knock sensors. Blaj is one of the three plants in Europe where NOx Sensors are produced, sensors that are part of Bosch revolutionary innovation in diesel technology.

Your contribution to something big:

• Management of dangerous chemicals and substances, air protection, water and underground waters, soil, underground and waste management
• Updates the list of applicable regulations for the organization, in terms of dangerous chemicals and substances, air protection, water and underground waters, soil, underground and waste management
• Monitors the compliance of the departments and of the organization overall, with the provisions contained by the legal requirements and other requirements concerning the dangerous chemicals and substances, air protection, water and underground waters, soil, underground and waste management and raises the matter of non-conformities to the interested parties
• Is tracking the non-conformities removal and prevention programs within the monitored departments
• Provides technical support and performs the legislation training regarding the dangerous chemicals and substances, air protection, water and underground waters, soil, underground and waste management, according to the requests received from the interested departments or every time the need arises
• Prepares the required documents for authorization/reauthorization
• Coordinates the personnel training activity, concerning the matter of the environmental protection
