    What distinguishes you:

    • University Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering or natural sciences.
    • Efficient work style and good communication skills.
    • High perseverance, initiative and attention to details.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Moderation experience and good social skills
    • Self-organized and able to estimate prioritize and schedule tasks.
    • Target, process and quality orientation.
    • Fluency in English required.
    • Readiness to spend several months in Hungary or Germany for training purposes.


    • Industry / quality experience in the area of research and development.
    • IATF16949; VDA 6.3; ISO 26262
    • Knowledge in automotive SYS, SW development process
    • Experience in a similar position.
    • Hungarian or German language knowledge.

    Job Description

    • You will ensure that necessary processes and procedures for the quality management system are introduced, implemented documented and maintained
    • You will be applying problem solving approach
    • You will actively support on product problem cases
    • You will be involved in training associates on the job
    • You will be instructing PS team leaders, team members and manager with methodological knowledge
    • You will be participating in PS expert network within organization
    • You will be involved in identification of deviations, deriving, tracking measures and review of measures
    • You will be supporting the organization in closing customer complaints (8D), solving internal problem solving cases and evaluation of related risks
    • You will prepare, collect and communicate in the organization LL cases
    • You will be supporting activities for the visualization tools used as an interface of the quality management system
    • You will coach team members and perform quality management system related trainings
    • You will participate in building an internationally active collaboration with problem solving experts
