• First level university degree
• Typically, 1-2 years of related experience (e.g. customer service, programming, process improvement).
• Nice to have knowledge in HTML/CSS but is not mandatory
• Fluency in English
• Pro-active approach. Passionate about technologies and process improvement
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills

• Understand the Digital Adoption Platform concept and technology and determine how we can best leverage it.
• Attend all required trainings and provide feedback, information, and recommendations in support of training improvements
• Learn how to load content onto a Digital Adoption Platform
• Act as team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts
• Apply and share best practices within the team
• Actively participate in the DAP review calls
• Support the team’s development projects with relevant data and actions
• Ensure transparency of information, by properly documenting and storing the information of public interest
• Escalate issues as necessary to ensure an effective resolution
• Collaborate with other functions and organizations to resolve issues
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at the individual contributor level
• Ensure alignment to Business Unit/country process specifics and turnaround times when automating processes
• Effectively communicate project roadblocks and proactively search for resolutions in a timely manner
