    RESPONSIBILITIES
    You will be the responsible of training management related activities on the Training perimeter. Your daily activity will be: Specifically, you will be required to:

    • Provide inspired and fair leadership for a team of Team Leaders and process experts
    • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions related to the training back office activities performed for Société General employees
    • Analyse data and operational reports, monitor KPIs and SLAs and communicate with partners on important indicators
    • Identify and address operational and organizational issues and opportunities and develop action plans accordingly
    • Work with Team Leaders to improve quality and mitigate risks, oversee continuous improvement initiatives, automation and process standardization initiatives
    • Oversee overall team performance and capacity and generate productivity gains
    • Work with senior partners and stakeholders in France involved in the Group learning and development process
    • Work with the SG GSC management to determine team’s strategy and mission and plan for medium and long-term goals
    • Build partnerships with other teams and consensus with partners, peers and employees
    • Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high engagement
    • Work with Team Leaders to ensure people development and career & learning paths implementation at team level
    • Promote SG GSC values and initiatives at team level and lead by example
    PROFILE REQUIRED
    • Fluent in French and English (B2+/C1)
    • Excellent leadership,, decision making, negotiation and influencing skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Result and customer orientation
    • Understanding of general finance and budgeting principles
    • Can-do attitude
    • Good command of PowerPoint and Excel
    • Previous experience with Learning Management Systems and training activities is a plus
