• 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain/ Procurement Department in multinational contexts
• Experience in infrastructure projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Economics
• Fluent English
• Good PC skills
• Mobility required (availability for business trips in the negotiating phase at worksite)

• Supporting the Bidding Support & Project Start up team to identify vendors and subcontractors to engage in the market analyses needed to define the bid quotations
• Preparing and managing requests for quotations (RFQ) for specific projects
• Supporting the Bidding Support & Project Start up team to define, negotiate and manage pre-bid agreements and/or strategic vendor contracts
• Analyzing, comparing and assessing bids received from vendors
• Support in the preparation phase of the procurement budgets
• Managing initial contractual and commercial negotiating activities
• Drawing up contractual and purchase order terms and conditions
