Profile:

• Bachelor degree;
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable field of activity;
• Secure user knowledge with SAP/CRM;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Very good knowledge of English (mandatory);
• Medium/advanced level of Italian/ Dutch/German language is a plus;
• Communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and to cooperate;
• Very organized, with eye for detail;
• Flexibility;

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation of the switchboard;
• Operation and maintenance of sales systems and tools;
• Entry and maintenance of master data;
• Handling of inquiries from prospects and customers;
• Processing of new customer applications;
• Obtaining commercial and banking information;
• Sending DKV cards, boxes and required documents to new customers;
• Support of the customer service employees;
