Bachelors' degree in economics or STEM;
3+ years previous consulting experience or 5+ years in a relevant role within the energy industry (e.g. project management, business analysis, operations management);
Strong knowledge in minimum one area: strategy design, digitalization, SW implementation, organizational transformation, operations improvement, cost optimization, process redesign and automation;
Excellent problem solving skills, logical reasoning and comfort with numbers;
Intellectual curiosity, self-starter, fast-learner and result oriented;
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people from various background and levels (i.e. form shop floor to C level);
Able to use power point and excel at medium to advanced level;
Fluent in Romanian and English.

Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree with excellent academic record.
Experience working with Agile and/or Lean methodologies.
Agile, Lean, BA, PM certifications.

Independently manage complex project tasks or projects streams;
Perform market research and data analysis;
Contribute to developing and implementing operational models, strategy design and digitalization programs for our clients;
Interact with clients and manage client communication;
Prepare and deliver client workshops and presentations;
Participate in business development activities (e.g. proposals, events, etc.);
Assist in recruiting, coaching and developing junior consultants.
