IT Test Engineer

Essential Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in an IT Test Analyst role or in IT department;
Excellent skills in test planning, test script creation and execution;
Demonstrates experience in designing and executing complex testing tasks, understands the business process design;
Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships within the company, demonstrated ability to cooperate with a variety of people through the organization;
Experience of testing activities on ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012);
Knowledge of Computerized System Validation and Data integrity concepts;
Experience and capability to handle multiple projects in parrallel;
High attention to details;
Proactive attitude and curious learner;
Willing to deliver highest quality;
Very good analytical skills;
Result oriented;
Adaptable and fast learner;
Good level of English (spoken and written).

Desirable Requirements:
Experience in pharmaceutical industry;
Database management and SQL skills;
Knowledge of other computer programming languages (.NET, Java, C, etc.);
Experience of testing activities among wide set of computerized systems (from complex systems to simple PLCs).

Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements and risk assessments, write test scripts and create test data;
Conduct testing activities, analyze and record test results;
Analyze, troubleshoot, document and communicate results;
Manage deviations for failed tests and ensure issues are resolved;
Ensure that testing activities are being conducted in accordance to the testing strategy and plan;
Ensure test execution is performed according to the industry best practices;
Contribute to test effort estimation;
Ensure that test risks and issues are escalated as appropriate;
Manage follow-up on Data integrity gaps remedial activities;
Prepare working instructions for tested operations;
Offer support to system users;
Execute serialized products specific protocols;
Execute ad-hoc activities upon request;
Coordinate with all team members, including 3rd party suppliers.
