RPA Implementation Consultant – Business Analyst

RightClick began in 2014 when a group of entrepreneurs, with a background in the development of financial software, set out to help banks to manage their instances of a banking system called Summit. To streamline the testing of new versions of Summit, and offer banks a way to expedite upgrades, the group developed a robot that can perform the required testing activities in an automated way. This robot was called RightClick TMS.
TMS records the daily activities of business users and then automates these activities for use as tests that are executed on each new release, ensuring functional correctness and detecting changes to the behavior of the new software.

At this moment of our journey, we have embarked on a growth roadmap, thus we aim to expand our client and product portfolio. As a result, we are now looking to extend our services team, to help us ramp up our RPA organization and deliver medium-to-long term strategies to strengthen our market position. In this role, you will participate in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle, from design, proto typing, testing and deploymet of RPA bots integrated with a wide range of applications. RightClick RPA is a no code process automation platform, designed to be configured by non technical people

In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:
• Understand the customer needs and their process automation plans, being able to transform by design manual processes into a automated solutions through the RightClick RPA Services
• Support the implementation of RPA tools through a structured process while documenting it and setting up the norm of configuration best practices
• Act as subject matter expert in front of our clients when it comes to expanding their automation portfolio
• Deliver user training, making sure our customers gain a deep understanding of system configuration and maintenance
• Configure RPA ready processes and objects using efficient, well-structured and easy workflow principles
• Actively participate in diverse product development and implementation phases
• Support our organization in solidifying our customer portfolio in the RPA space through providing high quality customer experience
