Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

Our associates give great importance to innovation and quality that is why, from 2020, Bosch Blaj will be lead plant for knock sensors. Blaj is one of the three plants in Europe where NOx Sensors are produced, sensors that are part of Bosch revolutionary innovation in diesel technology. • Improves the maintanance plan of the equipment and installations from electrical point of view;
• Defines the need for spare parts and defines/ checks the life time of the electrical components and brings improvements in extending the life time of the components;
• Use standard systems for monitoring performance indicators and propose solutions for improving indicators;
• Organize the daily intervention and maintenance plan;
• Analyze, reports and optimize in regular meetings data regarding the functioning of electrical equipment and installations;
• Monitor the safety systems, under the given conditions, elaboration and initiation of proposals for their modification;
• Provides technical advice regarding the drafting of reports and documentation necessary for modifications and/ or improvements of the equipment and installations from the electrical point of view;
• Ask for price offers, technical data about the equipment and installations from electrical point of view;
• Test, evaluate and/ or modify the electrical components.
• Creates maintenance plans for electrical equipment and installations
• Analyzes spare parts costs and proposes solutions to reduce them;
• Provides technical support to the electricians team for the complex repairs of industrial equipment.
