For our client, a shared service center who delivers high added value services in various fields of activity (finance/ accounting, procurement, human resources and IT), we are looking for Junior Account Payable with French.

Profile:

• French – Intermediate (written and reading);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Analytical skills and process oriented;
• Meticulous attention to details and strong analytical skills;
• Excellent collaboration and team spirit;
• Ability to work under pressure and work as part of the team.

• In charge of the invoices reception confirmation;
• Check the invoice conformity criteria;
• Apply the accounting and fiscal procedures for booking the invoices, accounts reconciliation, payments;
• Suppliers and Incident management;
• Involved in the daily production monitor and follow-up.
