- Interacting with manager to understand the needs of recruitment and maintains contact with them throughout the recruitment process
- Creating and posting job ads
- Writing clear, persuasive, and original content for our recruiting campaignes
- Identifying candidates according to the required profile
- Screening candidates CVs according with the job requirements
- Carrying out specific tests for open positions (linguistic / technical)
- Promoting professional opportunities within the company
- Providing feedback to candidates involved in the process
- Filling specific databases and reports.
