    Responsibilities

    Ticket resolution level 1 for international clients

    To respond on time and with the best quality as per the respective KPIS and SLAs from the client

    Assist customers in software and hardware related ticket resolution

    Support infrastructure and development department by collaborating with their projects

    To be able to work on shifts (24x7) – Monday to Sunday- rotational working shift: one week from 7 to 3 pm, following week 3 to 11 pm, third week from 11pm to 7 am and the last week of the schedule is off.
