We are looking for a bilingual Team Leader (French & English) to join our Airbnb team in Bucharest!

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role in BPO
Good verbal and written level of French and English
Medium level of knowledge in using Google Suite
Great time management abilities
Serious, positive attitude, ability to work in a dynamic environment
Proactiveness, determination and analytical spirit
Proven leadership and teamwork skills
Excellent communication, organizational and analysis skills
Demonstrating a high level of schedule flexibility (you will be required to work in rotating shifts covering 10:00 - 24:00, Monday-Sunday)
As an Airbnb Team Manager, you will have as main responsibilities:
Leading the to performance in order to achieve the targets on a weekly and monthly basis
Be a role model for the people you work with
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the assigned team
Create and implement action plans
Look for continuous improvement solutions
Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort
Motivate & inspire team members
Facilitate problem solving & collaboration
Coach team members and provide feedback
Manage and maintain an excellent collaboration with the external client
Analyze team results and draw relevant conclusions
Act as last-step interviewer for the new multilingual hires to be recruited for the account
