     Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a Life Science domain
     Solid similar position within a pharmaceutical company, hospitals and large account management experience required.
     Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data (clinical, market, financial, and managed care) and to develop strategic and actionable business plans.
     Fluent English
     Willingness to travel; driver’s license.
     Strong communication skills - written and verbal; clearly conveying information and ideas in a manner that engages audience and helps understand and retain messages.
     Team player; multi-tasks effectively; serves as a role model for completing tasks and delivering on commitments in a timely manner.
     Demonstrates a strong customer orientation; is science-based and marketing-minded.
     Very good in market knowledge, including customers’ needs, relationships, and dynamics.


    The Key Account Manager will act as the primary customers’ contact for demand creation by executing the marketing and promotional strategy for the company’s commercialized products in the assigned Romanian territory, as defined by organization’s territorial goals, values and ethics.
     Has a deep knowledge of the company’s products and is responsible for positioning the products in the market and implementing the execution of the corporate strategy, under the right promotional policies, to achieve goals; prepares action plans and implements the accurate execution of promotional and marketing activities; assists with his/her input on the design of local marketing activities and strategies according to the predefined local budget; continuously monitors the local budget execution; reports for the execution of predefined action plans and competitors’ actions and directs the strategy’s implementation to the local needs.
     Represents the company in meetings and conferences, presenting to clients, meeting with opinion leaders and managing effectively client relationships.
     Follows faithfully the corporate policies and procedures as well as the business ethics codes.
     Ensures continuous compliance with all local/international Regulations, Codes of Conduct, Codes of Ethics and contracts.
