    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    A dedicated professional with relevant experience in order management, logistics & exports, preferrably in manufacturing environments (2-3 years).

    A good problem solver who can keep commitments and balance multiple tasks simultaneously and independently

    A very good English speaker, second language French or German would be a major plus

    Responsibilities

    Collaborate closely with our dealers and/or customers as well as a wide variety of internal teams (material management, scheduling, factories, logistics, marketing) to ensure on time & complete delivery of our products according to customer needs.

    Handle the entire life cycle of an order, production scheduling & order amendments, project delivery planning, logistics, export (respecting custom regulations specific to the assigned markets).

    Gain early visibility on our customers’ projects to anticipate risk factors that would prevent a good execution and collaborate with relevant internal & external parties to mitigate them, co-create solutions with our business partners and influence outcomes when needed.

    Actively balance service excellence with cost awareness by making informed decisions & applying critical thinking.

    Track business important metrics and translate them into valuable insights to drive and promote excellence in our day-to-day activity.
