    Minimum un an de experienta in activitati administrative;

    Abilitati de comunicare, organizare si atentie la detalii.

    Responsabilitati

    Oferirea suportului pentru departamentul de vanzari;
    Preluarea, verificarea si transmiterea comenzilor;
    Lansarea comenzilor catre furnizori;
    Organizarea si planificarea livrarii de echipamente;
    Emiterea si transmiterea facturilor;
    Selectia furnizorilor si asigurarea necesarului de materiale de marketing pentru activitatile stabilite;
    Actualizarea paginii de internet;
    Implementarea politicii de comunicare comerciala externa precum si a proceselor aferente (pagina web, informatii presa, flyere, newsletter, publicitate, marketing direct etc) ;
    Colaborarea cu parteneri externi pentru promovarea vanzarilor/produselor, inclusiv survey-uri de marketing prin telefon.
