Software Development Engineer

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Your Prerequisites:
—University degree in informatics, electrical engineering or similar;
—Professional experience in SW engineering;
—Skill or experience in one or more of the following areas are advantageous: Automotive industry, Embedded Systems, AUTOSAR, Functional safety (ISO26262), ASPICE, Agile development;
—Tools: Vector Tools, Doors, IAR, Jira;
—Business fluent in English in written and spoken; German skills advantageous;
—Analytical thinking, service orientation, ability to work under pressure, assertive.

Your Activities:
—Development of new featuresfor ECUs in active safety applications(Embedded C)
—Analysis and creation of specifications and requirements with partners, customers and in an interdisciplinary team
—Development and application of internal software tools(Python)
—Defect analysis, debuggingand maintenanceof ECUsand application to new vehicles—Development of embedded systemsin accordance to ISO26262 and ASPICE
