You will play a key role in implementing innovation frameworks within Engineering Center Cluj. Activities will focus on supporting, implementing and driving forward our innovation activities by:

• Be involved in all phases of innovation management: from search fields definition to a potential business model validation on the market
• Act as ambassador of innovation within the organization
• Interact with different hierarchical levels
• Promote our initiatives on internal channels
• Organize workshops and events
• Study best practices and propose new initiatives
• Support innovation teams with market analysis/interviews
