    Manpower is looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist for its client, a leading manufacturer of consumer products.


    Degree in marketing, communications or equivalent;
    Proven experience of 2-3 years as marketing specialist;
    Exceptional communication and writing skills;
    Advanced English.




    Text review, corrections and approvals of RO labels / each brands;
    Production of RO product labels: keep contact with printing houses in order to manage all product labels, which can be printed in RO;
    Labelling report: prepare the report about labelled products;
    RO translations and adaptation of each tasks, review websites continuously;
    TV commercials: translate texts spots from EN/SP to RO;
    Online communication: keep contact with online media agency, monitor the implementation of online media communication of the brands;
    SRD – Romanian Dermatological Society – communication;
    Brand communication in leaflets: adaptation of the design receiving from the BRANDS Marketing and translate the original text to RO;
    Brand communication in B2B magazines: communicate all new products in the most important trade magazines in RO and keep contact with them;
    Brand communication in stores: ->manage all POS materials in order to ensure the necessary number of units of each POS materials before actions start in the stores;
    Order any of POS material locally, if it is necessary, keep contact with printing houses (: wobbler, crowner);
    BrandBank Nielsen communication: providing up-to-date products of actual assortment to ensure up-to-date photos of each SKUs at BrandBank photo storage;

    Brand communication: prepare marketing/trade marketing presentations of each brands in Romanian;
    Brand communication to sales force: prepare marketing/TM presentations in Romanian;
    Tablet SharePoint communication: ensure all necessary marketing&trade marketing information/presentation for sales representatives;
    Market reports:

    Analyze Nielsen reports, prepare action plan based on the learnings and send it to RO Marketing + present to local Team (KAMs, Area Sales Manager, managing director).
    BTL activities:

    Samplings, promoter actions or any other BTL activities: plan, organize and monitor BTL activities with BTL agency and keep contact with them;
    Tools (equipments, POS materials and samples) of BTL activities: ensure all tools, which are used during BTL activities, in volume and in quality on time.
