    Requirements

    Good interpersonal and communication skills;
    Basic organizational skills with attention to detail;
    Positive attitude and professional appearance;
    English knowledge - B1.

    Responsibilities

    Handling incoming calls to the main phone number;
    Greeting and directing employees and visitors;
    Providing general information regarding restaurants, directions, taxi service, etc.;
    Processing workspace and conference space requests via internal reservation system, managing the optimal utilization and rooms statuses, including cleanness of the space;
    Creating, analysing, editing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports;
    Creating purchase orders and maintaining office supplies inventory;
    Managing audio-visual equipments in the office and meeting rooms;
    Performing administrative duties;
    Issuing building access cards to visitors.

    Salary: 2332 lei net
