Proven work experience in International Visual Merchandiser in retail (including window displays & pos-materials);
Experience overseeing a group of the stores in one or several countries is an advantage;
Ready to travel frequently (on average twice per month) and visit company stores;
Focus on data-driven & sales-driven visual merchandising is a must;
Experience in implementation or creation of the corporate visual guidelines is a plus;
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices;
Fluent in written & spoken English.
Coordinate the work of area visual merchandisers in assigned countries following standards set by HQ. Share weekly feedbacks on photo reports from the countries, suggest improvements & follow up on the changes;
Participate in the development of the global presentation guidelines and control of their timely implementation in the countries;
Conduct weekly meetings with local area visual merchandisers, helping them to improve sales, planning, store visits, performance and support them in adaptation of the global guidelines to the local specifics;
Propose changes in visual merchandising presentation based on the sales reports;
Conduct regular competitor analysis to improve product presentation;
Oversee the visual merchandising budget of the assigned countries;
Coordinate samples sourcing and developments of creative materials. Maintain the data base of vendors;
Compile the orders and coordinate the work with vendors and HQ;
Regularly update the information about the store sizes, layouts, equipment, etc;
Support local teams in the preparation of the store openings;
Regularly conduct training of the assigned teams. Mentor & coach them in their career.
