You are a data-driven person who bases all the decisions on numbers & reports
You focus on a customer experience as one of the key drivers of sales
You deeply understand the product you are working with and carefully control the stocks in the stores
You enjoy building strong relationships with your team & key decision makers
You can successfully manage a diverse workload and changing priorities
You have 3-5 years of experience in retail management: (people, operations, cash flow, inventories for fixed assets and stocks)
University degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Ready to travel based on the business needs
Driving license, category B
Manage a network of 35 stores across Romania with the support of the local retail team;
Determine retail department operational strategies;
Maximize retail channel profitability - sales, expenses, planning and analyze everyday results and interpret trends;
Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control;
Negotiate commercial conditions – landlords, service providers;
Coordinate openings and potential closing of stores;
Manage a team of 150+ people through interviewing potential staff, performance reviews, talent development and payroll management;
Visit stores to ensure quality of service across the team;
Ensure efficiency of the day-to-day workflows & processes quickly reacting on the sales results;
Ensure that staff follows the internal rules in order to avoid fines;
Oversee marketing & visual merchandising implementation according to corporate standards;
Make sure standards for quality, customer service and health & safety are met;
Regularly engage, coordinate & perform all obligations to the partners, commercial centers, to ensure that all contractual terms are met;
Provide information about retail operations in a timely manner to other departments including the international retail team;
Cooperate with other departments especially sales channels, supply chain, financial, HR;
Promote & maintain the best possible image and positive reputation of the company, properly represent the company communicating with partners and clients.
