Service Owner for HRC Cross Applications - IT TSR

Job Description:

- Management and coordination of the entire service chain and implementation of processes in alignment with all stakeholders;

- Management of the service information flow to stakeholders;

- Optimization of the services, including continuous service improvement (e.g. introduction of technical innovations);

- Verification and ensuramce of the service and process quality;

- Responsibility for the demand management (including effort and cost management) in alignment with stakeholders and management;

- Planning and monitoring of the service costs;

- Consulting of projects with interfaces to the owned services;

- Networking, exchange and cooperation with external software providers regarding future product developments.

Job Requirements:

- Several years of work experience in field of Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar;

- Profound knowledge and experience in IT Service Management;

- Experience in project management, ideally as project lead and in managing external service providers;

- Knowledge in cloud solutions and architecture desirable;

- Experience of working with health, security, fire prevention software desirable;

- Fluent in English, German language a plus;

- Excellent communication and moderation skills;

- Very good negotiation skills and ability to find workable solutions for all stakeholders;

- Independent, structured, results- and customer-oriented work method.
