    Requirements

    Strategic Responsibilities:

    Bridge the gap between sales (Engagement) and Trading
    Be creative - develop and share test and learn campaign optimization strategies to drive learnings and better campaign performance
    Become a trusted advisor and expert within the programmatic trading field
    Actively engage in learning about other technologies and offerings
    Take an active role in developing broader programmatic strategic recommendations and best practices that can be applied


    What you will need:

    2-3 years professional experience with digital marketing agency, ad network or other digital media company
    Ability to execute programmatic campaigns with experience including DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, DMPs, audience targeting
    Applied knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website tracking and associated technologies
    Additional bonus to have past experience managing digital ad campaigns from implementation , optimisation to reporting for search/ social/ecommerce campaigns
    Knowledge and passion for digital marketing and Machine Learning: digital display, digital branding, video & mobile
    Bachelor degree in any of these disciplines are welcome
    Computer Science/ Information Technology
    Statistics, business analytics, or related quantitative program
    Marketing, Mass Communications, Arts
    Result-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills
    Ability to work both independently and under supervision once objectives have been set
    Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
    Good command in written and spoken English
    At least basics in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment - harvest vast amounts of information, news, data, and research and distill the most important/relevant information for your agency team and their clients.

    Responsibilities

    Day to day responsibilities:

    Work with local engagement team on pre-campaign planning
    Strategize and oversee campaigns on the DSPs and ensure optimal delivery and performance
    Use and analyze campaign data to develop insights and strategies for campaign optimization
    Deploy testing methodologies on campaigns under the guidance of Programmatic Trading Manager
    Assist in pitch preparation
    Work closely with assigned local/EMEA traders to improve knowledge (e.g Xaxis’ proprietary AI platform), impart best practices and share back good practices with the regional and wider team
    Work closely with our vendors / DSPs and internal teams to address and resolve process and technical issues throughout our business workflow.
