    Mandatory Skills Description:

    - Demonstrable experience in governing or supporting software development projects to successful conclusions especially from financial perspective;
    - Experience in developing, analyzing, and tracking financial business cases;
    - Relevant experience working in the Financial Services industry;
    - Min 6 month as Project Manager, good understanding of SDLC;
    - Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies;
    - Experienced in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members;
    - Appropriate domain expertise;

    Education/Certification: Undergraduate Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent diploma / work experience)




    - Support Onboarding, Termination, Rotation and Relocation processes
    - Staff tracking (Headcount, attrition, budget allocation and utilization etc.) both in Luxoft and Client environment
    - Staff time tracking and reimbursable expenses data collection and approvals
    - Making sure all the project are compliant to Client processes and procedures (related with people and administrative matter) e.g. completion of Client mandatory training tracking
    - Be acquainted with Project related Contracts terms (contract payment terms to ensure timely and correct time sheets and approvals collection and data processing and reporting)
    - Supporting management in various activities related in the area of People and Project Management
    - Communicating with Client regarding timesheets approval, on-boarding of new joiners, provision of reports requested by Client
    - Knowledge repository administration
    - Gathering and providing data for Global PMA


    - Creating reports based on external and internal stakeholder's requirements
    - Data gathering, processing and analysis;
    - Developing new reports, suggests new solutions for new advanced reports; continuous improvement and change implementation (seeks the optimal way of data collection and processing and if this request is to be recurrent, creates a process for the report preparation on regular basis)
    - Data quality management
    - Mapping and analysis of the processes related to own activity and the project


    - Collecting and analyzing project statuses for project requirement management
    - SLA, KPI tracking
    - Managing Client's requirements regarding provided data - reports, e.g. hiring statistics, number of TIs conducted by the date
    - Risk and issue management support
    - Change management support
    - Staff allocation to project
    - Maintaining project documentation
    - Participating in project management meetings, tracking action points (upon request)


    - Fulfilling the tasks assigned or delegated by the direct superior
    - Daily / weekly reporting to the project coordinator of the progress of the activities for which she is responsible
    - Respecting the norms of Occupational Safety and Health and PSI, participation in regular trainings
    - Observance of the procedures specific to the quality management system in the company and of the legal provisions regarding the quality assurance standards in the submitted activity
    - Observance of the general working procedures specific to the company and of the Internal Regulations
