Our Regional Audit Delivery Center, RADC for short, part of Deloitte Central Europe, provides Audit services to member firm clients across Europe. We are part of a strongly integrated Deloitte network of Global Delivery Centers that operates across the world. The Center is key in supporting our various Country Member Firms with the execution and delivery of audit engagements. We are looking for a colleague to Join our Operational Team!
Develop a good knowledge and thorough understanding of all areas of the Quality Control for the RADC Global System;
Performing routine inspections - Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly System of Quality Control tests;
Ensuring that standards are observed, implemented and monitored;
Documenting System of Quality Control activities and creating audit reports;
Identify gaps in the process, procedures or performance and work with others to develop action plans to address and ensure compliance;
Work with the Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to :
Set up and maintain the appropriate controls and documentation for the processes;
Design and establish an ongoing monitoring process to provide the centre with reasonable assurance that the policies and procedures relating to the System of Quality Control are relevant, adequate and operating effectively;
This process will:
Include an ongoing consideration and evaluation of the RADC’s system of quality control;
Require responsibility for the monitoring process to be assigned to a RADC Professional or other persons with sufficient and appropriate experience and authority in the RADC to assume it;
Identify opportunities for improvement as well as losses (troubleshoot further to determine root cause) – analyse existing business processes
Develop plans to adjust current procedures and processes as external and internal requirements change to ensure ongoing compliance
Develop strategies to facilitate progress and reduce costs in terms of workflow inefficiencies;
Lead activities – coordinate and lead key projects for improvement actions across all levels of the organization / supervise and / or collaborate with managers to re-engineer processes;
Reporting to monitor progress – check if changes yield desirable results;
Generate update reports for management;
Provide mentorship – create continuous improvement culture, serve as coach who coordinates workshops and team trainings, sharing guidance and technical expertise and ensuring that learning resources are widely available.
