Essential Requirements:

Advanced level of English and Italian
Technical degrees, IT, CS, Electronics, etc.
Strong technical aptitude
Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in server and IT storage area

Desirable Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a support or technical role

What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Sales Engineer Analyst, you will remotely support our Field and Pre-Sales teams in creating quotes and specifications and providing customers the most relevant, up-to-date solutions for their requirements.

You will:

Provide full solution design/size for DELL Technologies products based on performance and capacity
Work independently on tech refresh and upgrade proposals and also on new solution design including business cases
Proactive infrastructure assessments technical assessments. Work with Dell field personnel to create technical account strategies
Technical quotation for DELL Technologies products and technical drawing to map the data center layout with new proposed solutions
Engage with Customers and DELL Field personnel to understand technology requirements for building the best customer solution, developing full customer proposals
