Essential Requirements
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience;
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel;
• Attention to detail, passion for customer engagement and problem-solving;
• Capacity to be self-motivated and work on your own as well as in a team.

Desirable Requirements
• Experience working with data and presentation skills are a plus

What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.

You will:
• Manage order fulfillment;
• Research customer order problems and work cross-functionally to resolve them and deliver the right solutions;
• Facilitate product and sales information flow and create a positive internal customer experience;
• Engage in sales operations process improvements.
