    You have University degree, advanced English and Romanian knowledge and familliar with corporate email protocols.
    You master good computer skills, proficiency in using Word, Excel, Power Point and Photoshop.



    Screening telephone calls, enquires and requests;
    Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
    Organizing and maintaining contracts;
    Coordination of cleaning teams;
    Setup and coordinate meetings;
    Lunch management (we offer lunch to our employees when they are at the office)
    Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and filing;
    Provide office orientation and supervision for new employees;
    Translation of internal documents;
    Liaising with suppliers and other staff;
    Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
    Research price and purchase office equipment and supplies;
    Maintaining the office in a clean manner, quality oriented;
    Decoration & atmosphere of our office
    Event management
    Reporting directly to our founders
    Experience as Office Manager is a plus.
