    • Engleza fluent;


    • Reprezinta interfata unica pentru clientii Wholesale privind orice deranjament tehnic aparut pe serviciile de infrastructura, voce, date si internet;
    • Primeste si inregistreaza reclamatiile clientilor Wholesale, valideaza si emite bonuri de reclamatii catre organizatia tehnica corespunzatoare (Monitorizare/Asistenta Tehnica/Centre de Coordonare/Operare in Teren) si colaboreaza cu acestia in vederea tratarii reclamatiilor conform cu clauzele contractuale agreate (SLA);
    • Informeaza clientul Wholesale despre evolutia deranjamentului;
    • Inchide tichetele de deranjamente cand reclamatiile sunt solutionate si clientii confirma aceasta;
    • Informeaza partenerii externi despre deranjamentele tehnice aparute pe serviciile contractate de Telekom Romania din strainatate si gestioneaza impreuna cu acestia rezolvarea lor
    • Raporteaza periodic si la cerere informatiile despre deranjamente legate de serviciile Wholesale;
    • Notifica clientii Wholesale despre lucrarile programate din reteaua Telekom Romania/retelele partenere ce afecteaza functionarea serviciilor contractate (back-up pentru entitatea MWTKT)
    • Armonizeaza lucrarile programate in reteaua Telekom Romania cu cele din retelele partenere externe pentru obtinerea unui impact minim asupra serviciilor clientilor
    • Asigura furnizarea serviciului de acces in spatiile de colocare ale Telekom Romania pentru clientii Wholesale.
