    Responsabilitati

    Descrierea postului:

    Cautam IT Helpdesk Technician, intr-un proiect amplu de migrare a datelor locate in File Serverele Microsoft inspre Google drive, care are rolul de a se asigura ca migrarea datelor informatice a fost indeplinit. In acest sens, participa, colecteaza date si informatii necesare pentru ca procesul de migrare sa se finalize si transmite, acolo unde este cazul, urmatoarelor nivele de suport datele colectate. Reprezinta un singur punct de contact pentru utilizatori privind incidente si solicitari legate de proiectul de migrare.

    Responsabilitati:
    • Asigura suport utilizatorilor implicati in migrare
    • Inregistreaza erori comune si solutii in aplicatia de gestionare a incidentelor
    • Creaza, publica si intretine proceduri de suport IT si intrebari frecvente in aplicatia de knowledge management
    • Rezolva sau escaladeaza probleme tehnice aparute in conformitate cu protocoalele standard si procedurile interne
    • Mentine un nivel inalt de satisfactie a clientului prin clarificarea nevoilor acestuia si se asigura ca acestea sunt indeplinite.
    • Raspunde la intrebari din aria de expertiza privind servicii, detalii tehnice sau relatiile cu utilizatorii
