Activitate call center Inbound + Outbound
Asistenta telefonica si via email pentru clienti care au carduri de credit si debit in Germania. Activitatea consta in a da informatii despre produsele Bancii, activarea si blocarea cardului, detalii despre tranzactiile de pe card.
-Salariu 5500 de lei net, tichete de masa de 20 lei/zi, bonus telemunca, cont benefit, fond pensie pilon 3, sporuri de noapte și de weekend, asigurare medicală.
-Sediul companiei: Bucuresti, Pipera.
-Contract pe perioada determinata de 2 ani cu prelungire.
-Program în ture de luni pana duminica, suportul se realizează 24/24h.
