Junior .Net Software Engineer

What you’ll achieve:
As a Software Engineer on our team, you will deliver products and improvements for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, you will craft and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most sophisticated technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and partnerships. Our business partners in the Regulatory Reporting, Decision Science and Financial Reporting domains rely on us to develop stable and robust solutions to help them meet their reporting needs.

Essential Requirements

Strong testing and test automation background either in .NET or PL/SQL with a willingness to expand into a development skill track
Experience with Oracle Databases incl. writing SQL queries
Experience with Agile methodologies
Ability to work both independently and as part of a globally distributed team
Understands the big picture application architecture
Desirable Requirements

Batch processing: Experience with Control-M and batch scripts. Experience with Git pipelines and CI/CD automation
Experience providing production support and partnering with support teams

You will:

Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents software according to the company’s systems, quality standards, policies and procedures
Develops test automations using internal frameworks and tools, and performs manual testing as needed
Responsible for preparing design documentation, preparing test data for unit, and functional testing
Focusses on resolving customer issues through software solutions and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
Works with Product Managers and more senior dev team members to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria, and to ensure testability
