    Requirements

    Experienced in keeping current and accurate records using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook alongside our bespoke company programmes.
    Experience in a wide range of administrative functions.
    Working knowledge of Microsoft package including Word, Excel and Outlook.
    Complete work to a high standard, have a methodical manner with ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.
    Work as part of a team and independently.
    Escalating issues and problems to the appropriate member of the team where necessary.
    Ability to follow company policies, procedures and security protocols.
    Ability to handle sensitive data in a confidential manner.

    Responsibilities

    Prepare and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to supplier and directly contracted customers, raising and discussing any potential issues and keeping management appraised on account activity
    Providing administrative support to Customer / Sales / Account managers to process new business requests and the contract renewal process, ensuring all signed off committed contracts are processed in a timely manner.
    Record and update operational information of all projects and program participants in the company database
    Receive, organise, track, and provide updates on technical operations tasks from implementation to completion as required.
    Contribute to a team approach with all specialist support staff and other Atalian Team Members.
