To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
English at proficiency level with second language as German and / or French native level skills.
Sales experience with knowledge of the full sales cycle. Including opportunity identification and pipeline management.
Proven history of achieving targets, including revenue and margin.
Relevant experience, preferably with Contact centre / BPO background with a strong grasp of related technologies and customer experience.
Knowledge of the international retail sector, our competition and positioning within the market. With a keen interest in following the latest industry developments.
Top class communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and the ability to explain technical / non-technical solutions clearly and concisely to clients and colleagues.
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise your time.

The Business Development role is a client-facing, new business role responsible for growing sales and establishing partnerships through our contact centre CX-solutions' value-based sale.
Ideally based in Romania, with full responsibility for our international territory, you will proactively research the market to identify and engage with key prospects as you work to create new business opportunities within the retail sector.
