    Cerinte

    Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced;
    Understanding of contracts, contract governance and the contract lifecycle;
    Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications;
    Understanding of the IT industry, its services, products, local and global providers;
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
    Attention to detail;
    Able to work productively independently and as part of a team.

    Responsabilitati

    Track authorizations and correspondence related with internal approval flows, contracts, sourcing and financial department;
    Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contracts according to each entity process;
    ICT related Invoices, PIF forms registration and follow-ups according to each entity process;
    Monitor immobilized and stock assets and periodically verify operational status with owners;
    Internal procurement process registration and acquisition approval follow-up, according to each group entity process;
    Track budget execution and maintains up to date initiatives inventory and projects status as obtained from project owners;
    Cost allocations between group companies for shared project;
    Maintain detailed and organized files;
    Problem-solving contract-related issues;
    Generate reports on the current status of existing agreements;
    Close relation with Sourcing department to meet acquisition requirements and deadlines;
    Collaborate with IT superiors for contract reviews to ensure accordance with company policy.
