    Requirements:
    B.S. in Business / Economics / Management Information Systems;
    Analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
    Experienced in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations;
    Strong understanding of project management practices and of the Agile framework;
    Proven documentation skills;
    MS Excel and MS Word proficiency;
    Understanding of SQL database querying;
    Proven experience with MS Visio or another similar tool;
    Knowledge of business process modeling;
    Experience in the real estate industry – nice to have;
    Strong knowledge of business analysis best practices (estimations, modeling – business cases, use cases and processes, issue tracking, SWOT analysis, interviewing).

    Responsabilitati

    For our client, a technology, data, and services company we are recruiting a Business Analyst.

    Our client is creating a Data Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Romania focused on building the next-gen data platform for Real Estate Analytics and Self-Service BI.

    The Business Analyst will have to understand and document specific business processes and highlight the discrepancies between these processes and the company’s Data Platform expected process. The business analyst will communicate their findings to the Project Manager and Data Analyst and support them in identifying and prioritizing the business rules that will have to be implemented in the Data Platform.

    Responsibilities:
    Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement;
    Leading the reviews of business processes;
    Conducting meetings and presentations to share findings and ideas;
    Performing requirement analysis;
    Document and communicate insights to cross-functional team members and management;
    Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders;
    Working closely with clients and the development and management teams.
