Customer Service Agent
Good English level, both spoken and written
Previous experience in procurement/Purchase order Management and Customer Support
Good understanding of Microsoft office package, particularly excel
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for following up on customer orders, handling order entry and shipment tracking. The Customer Service Agent performs necessary functions to meet customer requirements on a timely basis. Proactive follow up with supplier on orders due and past due is also necessary on top of on demand responding timely to on demand requests coming from our internal customers.
