For our client, a company that is expanding it's business in Romania and is active on the renewable energy industry we are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or experience in related area
• Good level of English language
• Professional attitude
• Flexibility and good organizational skills

• Coordinating the administrative team
• Management of the company's documents: sorting and sending correspondence, archiving company's documents
• Receiving and directing telephone calls
• Realizing contracts, addendums or other documents
• Coordinating the relationship with the company's suppliers
• Planning meetings, receiving visitors and ensuring the protocol during the meetings
• Maintains contact with partners from other countries
• Preparing documents and reports requested by management
• Providing administrative support for all company departments
