    Responsabilitati

    • Receive and handle applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
    • Record support cases progress in SalesForce;
    • Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively;
    • Provide technical assistance to couriers, dispatchers and other internal users;
