    Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator;
    Strong working knowledge of Canva and Figma;
    Experience with InVision is a plus;
    3+ years of design experience;
    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required;
    Experience with G-suite programs (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets);
    Hands-on experience with the Wordpress CMS;
    Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
    Experience in SaaS or B2B environments is a plus;
    Working knowledge of HTML and CSS;
    Insight into current graphic design technologies and best practices;
    Comfort with designing for print and digital assets;
    Proficiency in the formal elements of design: typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity;
    Team player who engages with partners to work better through an iterative approach;
    Ability to understand complex business strategies and customer needs, but also the ability to simplify them for easy understanding;
    High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.


    Translate marketing activities into visual materials that promote TextMagic and align with our current brand guidelines;
    Collaborate with the marketing team and copywriters to execute layout design, make content and design revisions or recommendations, and create concept campaigns;
    Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to ensure that the marketing design is on message and targets customer pain points;
    Day-to-day design and production of marketing collateral (PPT presentations, brochures, product manuals, video thumbnails, product positioning and branding proposals, email newsletters, etc.);
    Design and prepare social media collateral to support campaigns (e.g., Facebook ads, Instagram posts, web graphics, website banners, etc.) using CANVA;
    Manage marketing collateral production;
    Design the layout of case studies, white papers, eBooks, etc.;
    Share new logos or branded designs with the rest of the team effectively;
    Work with team leaders to determine workload distribution and determine the need to bring in additional resources;
    Craft design artifacts like wireframes, process flows, and prototypes to deliver your ideas;
    Design and iteration of landing pages that will be used in marketing campaigns; and
    Prepare print media and promotional materials.
