    You come with:

    • C1 level of Hungarian;
    • C1 level of Romanian;
    • B2 level of English;
    • Availability to work 5 days/week, on a full-time/part-time schedule organized in shifts
    • Good internet connection and a functional computer/laptop (preferably).
    • Previous experience in customer support


    A day in Conectys:

    • You will be offer customer and technical support for clients via phone, e-mail, or chat;
    • Troubleshoot reported issues or queries in detail to diagnose customer’s issue and provide an appropriate solution;
    • Respond to all customers inquiries within given timescales and efficiently meet deadlines;
    • Assist our customers with prompt, friendly, and accurate help through all required channels.
