    Cerinte

    • Strong technical background, with capabilities in electrical, mechanical & software
    control
    • Experience with SMT manufacturing equipment.
    • Experience with SPI, AOI, and X-Ray equipment is a plus.
    • Proven service track record
    • Ability to troubleshoot systematically
    • Capable of demonstrating equipment to customers
    • Enthusiastic, driven with a positive attitude
    • Honest, reliable, and able to work alone
    • Good customer service skills
    • English language is a must
    • Full clean driving license, willingness to travel internally and internationally up to
    80%
    • All other duties as assigned
    Nice to have
    • Automation skills (pneumatics, hydraulics, control systems)
    • Proven troubleshooting experience
    • Advanced electrical skills

    Responsabilitati

    • Carry out equipment installations and commissioning
    • Provide training to customers
    • Application support to customers
    • Repair and service all the machinery and equipment when required
    • Respond to customer complaints; evaluates and resolves problems
    • Provide customers with reports and feedback on their service requests
    • Develop and maintain relations with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers
    • Assess equipment needs and determine system requirements
    • Sales support during meetings, evaluations, tests
    • Confer with sales teams to understand client requirements
    • Recommend equipment upgrades to customers
    • Explain to customers how improvements will reduce costs or increase production
    • Assist in researching and developing new products
    • Report servicing coordinator and manager assigned
    • Best practice sharing within the organization
