    Skills to be learned and applied:
    - The basic functionality and infrastructure components of a company (Active Directory, LDAP, SCCM, Microsoft Exchange, Firewall, Networking etc.)
    - Organizing tasks and projects in various workload administration tools
    - Responding to user requests and solving their issues, either directly, or by forwarding them to a 2nd level support team for a specific product
    - Replacing hardware components and performing upgrades for specific, quick-access components (RAM, SDD, keyboard)
    - Learning the configuration of all laptop/phone models in the company’s fleet
    - Collecting user requests for software/hardware/accessories and aligning delivery if available in stock/adding them to an order list is not in stock
    - Collaborating on specific tasks/projects with various products teams from other countries



    You might be a perfect fit if you have:
    - Knowledge of the English language at above average level, written and spoken
    - Experience with handling hardware
    - Experienced Windows OS user (basic functions and settings)
    - Good communications skills and a positive, helpful approach to user’s requests
    - Good interactions skills with colleagues from other departments on common topics
    - To be a quick learner is necessary, as there is a great variety of tasks to be done

    Responsabilitati

    - Preparing, installing and configuring Windows OS on company laptops
    - Arranging the delivery of hardware for colleagues that work remotely and can’t visit the office
    - Managing the servicing activities for malfunctioning hardware (reception, evaluation, servicing logistics, providing temporary replacements)
    - Editing inventory lists for IN/OUT operations for users
    - Preparing the hardware setup for local meetings at the office (conference cams, laptops, wiring/cabling, projection)
    - Performing regular inventory checks for true-up purposes
    - Compiling inventory needs and forwarding them to procurement representative
    - Managing license requests and forwarding them for financial approval and then to vendors
